Bio

I’m nobody special…born in sin, baptized by the blood of Christ, and saved by God’s grace. I’ve always been a hunter ever since my Daddy took me when I was a little boy, but my passion for the hunt has recently been rekindled when I moved back home to join the family law firm in 2007. I’ve been bitten hard by the bowhunting bug, and I hunt exclusively with my bow for turkeys and deer. Luckily, I have an amazing wife who understands, supports, and encourages my passion for hunting.

Courtney and I met in March of 2007 and married on November 15, 2008. As good as my life was prior to meeting Courtney, it has been that much better after. She truly is my better half, and without her, my life would not be complete.

When I’m not hunting, shooting my bow, thinking about hunting, or thinking about shooting my bow, I’m an attorney. Working in the family firm is great. You couldn’t ask for a better work environment, and it provides ample time off for trips with Courtney, hunting, and golf. We are predominantly a real estate firm, but we do a little of just about everything except criminal defense.

I’ve also recently started running. Courtney led the charge on that one, but once I realized that being in better shape makes me a better hunter, I really started enjoying it. Hopefully running is something we will continue to do together for a long time.

That’s about it. Like I said, nothing special, but I wouldn’t trade me for anything.
